Block-paved double drive
Pre-treated for moss, rotary cleaned, re-sanded with kiln-dried sand; owner sealed it themselves the following weekend.
Cornwall
Duloe weather does a number on exterior surfaces, and patios & driveways is usually the first thing to suffer. Septic-served properties make it worth thinking about runoff before any cleaning starts. Duloe sits in Cornwall at PL14, close enough to liskeard that we regularly share visits.

Hillside village between Liskeard and Looe with a prehistoric stone circle, which shapes how patios & driveways on granite and painted render and Cornish slate actually plays out around PL14. Most weeks we're up and down the B3254 between Duloe and the next booking.
Callouts get batched into the same run so pricing stays sensible and turnaround stays short. Where photographs are agreed, they can document the visible condition of the surface and the completed work. There's no minimum charge to look at a job — we'll walk around it, quote it and leave the ball with you. We're happy to work weekends when the surface actually wants it, especially for driveway seals. Kiln-dried sand goes back into block-paving joints on the same visit once the surface is dry enough. Parking is where a lot of jobs go slow, so we ask about it up front rather than turn up and hope. Biocide runs get re-tested for concentration at the top of every day, not the top of every week. The vac pole extends to forty feet which covers the vast majority of domestic three-storey gutter work. Sub-zero mornings we wait until 10am to start softwash — the biocide simply doesn't work well below freezing. Wall softwash finishes with a plinth rinse in every case, which is where the streaks would otherwise settle. The rig gets rinsed after every job so cross-contamination between customers isn't ever a factor. Every job sheet lists the crew, the start time, the finish time and the litres of water used. Rain-day contingency is baked into the price — no extra charge if we come back a second day to finish. The kit list gets photographed on setup so nothing accidentally leaves site in the wrong van. For solar-panel arrays the panel owner's approach method takes precedence over ours, always.
Most Duloe properties we treat have granite and painted render walls and a Cornish slate roof. That changes a few of the choices we'd make.
Selective biocide pre-treat to kill moss at the root - extra important on exposed rural village sites - noted on stone cottages stock - a booking pattern we've settled into over five seasons.
Rotary surface cleaner for stripe-free finish on block paving common across stone cottages and farmhouses - noted at exposed exposure - a maintenance item that gets cheaper the earlier you catch it.
Optional breathable acrylic sealer - lasts longer at Duloe's exposed exposure - noted in the Cornwall Council patch - the difference between a two-year finish and a five-year one.
Pattern-imprinted concrete re-sealed in the same visit - useful on rural village layouts - noted 18.2 miles from PL3 - and it's the section of the round we plan first thing in the week.
