Roof re-bed work gets its own dedicated day — nobody wants a wet roof left open overnight. The most expensive part of any softwash is time on site, not the chemistry. Long-run gutters get flushed from both ends after clearing, not just one end. Traffic-film patches on driveways get a hot detergent pre-wash before any surface cleaner touches them. Winter drive seals are cured under a tarp and a heater for the last two hours so overnight rain doesn't spoil the finish. The wall pump gets calibrated at the top of each visit, not once per job — it drifts otherwise.
