A conservatory has two problems the rest of the house does not: a shallow roof you cannot walk on, and a box gutter where it meets the house that nobody ever looks at.
The glazing bars
Algae collects in the bar channels and in the seals, which is what makes a polycarbonate roof look permanently green even after a rinse. Those channels need a brush and flow rather than a blast.

The box gutter
The gutter between conservatory and house fills with roof grit and moss and has almost no fall. When it backs up, water goes into the wall junction rather than over the front.
Access without damage
We work from the ground with reach poles and from ladders set off the frame, never on the roof itself. Conservatory frames are not designed to take weight.

- A clean does not cause leaks, but it can reveal a failed seal that was already there. We will point it out.
- Polycarbonate or glass - any difference?
- Polycarbonate scratches easily, so it is brush and pure water only. Glass tolerates a little more.
