A new build does not need a deep clean, but it does need a few specific things, and most of them are hangovers from construction rather than weathering.
Construction residue
Mortar smears on brick, plaster splashes on paving and protective film residue on frames are all easier to remove in the first year than the fifth.

Efflorescence and settling
White bloom on brick and new paving is drying-out salt, not dirt. It is usually better to wait it out than to keep washing it.
The first algae
The shaded elevation and the north side of the drive will green up first, often within a few years. Treating that side alone is a cheap way to keep the plot looking new.
