Do it in the right order
Roof and gutters first, walls second, windows and paving last. Cleaning downwards means you are not re-dirtying finished surfaces with run-off from the next job up.

Biggest visual change per pound
For most South West houses it is the wall softwash, then the driveway. Both change the colour of a large area in the photographs, which is what the eye reads first.
Timing before photography
Book the clean at least a few days before the photographer. Walls need to dry back to their true colour and treated roofs continue to improve for weeks.
