Estate agents and vendors: kerb appeal on a deadline

Agent or vendor needing a fast visual improvement before listing.

When a property has to be photographed on a fixed date, the question is not what could be cleaned but what will show in the pictures.

What the camera sees

Large areas of colour: walls, roof and driveway. A dirty driveway in the foreground of a front elevation shot undermines everything behind it.

This guide sits under our Wall Cleaning & Softwash work, covering 20-mile radius of Plymouth.

What it does not see

The rear side passage, the garage roof and the shed. Those can wait until after the sale unless a buyer is going to walk them.

Lead times

Book cleaning at least several days before photography so surfaces are dry and treated roofs have started to improve.

Questions we get on this

How quickly can you attend?
It depends on the round, but tell us your photography date and we will be honest about whether we can make it.
Do you work directly with agents?
Yes, including invoicing the vendor separately.
What single job gives the biggest gain?
For most South West homes, the wall softwash - it changes the colour of the largest area in shot.
