Ladder access over a lean-to, a conservatory, or a boundary right on the eaves all take longer to set up safely. Setup is real work and it belongs in the price.

Covering and moss depth
Slate, concrete tile and clay all behave differently, and deep cushion moss needs mechanical removal before any treatment. That is a second stage, not a faster pass.
Staged treatment
Where lichen is heavy, a return visit gives a better result than forcing it in one. An honest quote states whether one or two visits are included.
