Why it needs treating not scrubbing
Dried droppings bond to render and stone, and scrubbing them dry spreads dust you do not want to breathe. We wet, treat and rinse rather than dry-brush.

Outlets and hoppers
Nest material is the single most common cause of a completely blocked downpipe. It packs into the outlet and holds water in the run all winter.
Nesting season
We will not disturb an active nest. Where a nest is in place we clear what we safely can and book the rest for after the season.
